Welcome to the Irenaeus Aliveness Group! This Small Group meets In-Person on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month @ 10:30AM. The Irenaeus Group begins with a retreat on Saturday, September 14, 9:00AM. Small Group gatherings commence on Tuesday, September 17, 7:00PM. Each session lasts 1.5 hours.

Group Rules

Respect the Dignity of Each Person

Disagreement happens. Disagreeableness is a habit. Aliveness Group Participants listen deeply and speak kindly, using "I" statements.

Holy Triangles Only

Participants speak from their own experience and engage only with the people in the room, whether online or in-person. Triangulating is reserved only for praising another person.

What Happens in Small Group Stays in Small Group

Participants cultivate vulnerability with each other. We create safe space for mutual growth and benefit. Trust and transparency are catalysts to healing and aliveness.

Listen with Intention, Breathe before Speaking

We listen to receive each person, not to comment or reply. Curious questions are helpful. A deep breath and slow exhale creates the necessary pause to dialogue in Love.
