Pathways to Aliveness

Coaching is about results. It is tailored specifically to help a person transcend limiting stories, habits, and beliefs. Each coaching session sets an outcome, whether it’s related to a personal goal, work, family, or relationships. This outcome sets an intention by the client, which empowers the coach to help the client uncover what may be keeping them from the transformation they desire. Each session also involves a commitment to a kind of “mastery work” that moves a person toward deeper aliveness.

Spiritual Direction is about deepening connection with the divine. It is about learning to listen to how the Spirit may be speaking with one’s own spirit amidst the ordinary and exceptional circumstances of life. It is also about developing and enhancing practices that open a person to becoming more and more receptive to the energy of God that courses through creation. Often times a person seeks spiritual direction because of past trauma with a church or religious group. Sometimes a person is working through feelings of judgment, guilt, or shame. A person may also seek a deeper understanding of scripture or what they believe about the divine. Everything in spiritual direction is about newly opening to the God who seeks wholeness with all things.​​

Leadership Development is about proactively attending to human growth within a group or organization. Whether you are part of a sales team, support group, or ministry organization, leadership is essential for healthy relationships and functioning. This means that everyone, in some way, is a leader. When leadership is distributed and strategies are holistic, a group or team can be responsible for their part and contribute to the whole that promotes flourishing and growth for each person. Leadership, hereby, does not happen by accident. It requires commitment from the bottom up.

We offer retreats with varying foci for deepening one's awareness of and attention to the Spirit's movement in the world. A person can attend these retreats as an individual or with a group. All retreats are priced to be as affordable as possible, so that costs is not a hindrance. Given the nature of the work, scholarships may sometimes be available.
